I am on the last step of purchasing, but I have tried 2 debit cards. And both can not use. One is my debit card in my country, and other is from UK. Both cards are cannot use. I totally do not know what can I do.
Have you committed to buy the item? If so, log into your Paypal account, check that your UK card is registered as your primary funding source and then use the facility to 'pay for goods, eBay items'.
