What happens if they want to pospone a date for a cliam ?

Hi how do ya postpone it ? ?....ill try and find out this end too to help..as you suggested RM could be taking up to 3 months if 15th JunYe comes and goes ( if E-Bay take it to official dates/timescales to legally claim) ... i might not get reimbursed at all...while your claim could still be getting sorted ..... I haven't got a clue how it all works.... I've even spoke to the post master at the local holding center, to see if anything has been handed in via there staff ..No Joy 😕 yet... thanks again C

You can't postpone your case.   The seller should refund you.   The claim with RM is for themselves.    You will be able to escalate your case after 3 working days then ebay will enforce the refund.   If you allow it to expire you may get nothing from the seller.
