Website error appealing as seller

I am unable to appeal as seller.

I tried following the guidelines on this page:

In the resolution page there is no option for me to appeal:

I never got a chance to speak to the ebay staff and the buyer lied. I want to send some more info to the staff.

Any help would be appreciated.

All problems are sorted out automatically through the resolution centre so you do not speak to anyone.

What was the problem as we would be abel to give a better reply is we knew

In most cases the buyer wins on ebay so sellers have to deal with the problem
