Hey!

I have a question, hopefully someone would be able to help.

I've bought a tablet from here a while ago and it came with 1 year manufacturer warranty. The tablet broke down and the seller is not replying to me.

Any recommendations on what I could do? Did any of you ever encounter something like this?

Neither PayPal or eBay will get involved in warranty scenarios, it's between you and your seller, I'm afraid.

Any warranty offered by any online seller is only ever going to be as good as your abilility to enforce it. If you bought the item from a UK registered business seller, run this by Trading Standards.
