Hi
i bought an item from a seller (a company) on eBay , it has a 12 month warranty and has developed a fault . The company won't answer their phone or ring me back after a voicemail message and neither will they respond to emails through eBay messages , I can't find anywhere I can raise this with eBay either ? A little help please
You will have to keep trying to Contact the Seller as Warranties are nothing to do with Ebay or PayPal. If a Registered UK Business Seller you can seek help from Citizens Advice.
