Good morning
I have a buyer that has bought a bundle of used girls clothing
I described them as used worn outgrown clothes
firstly they wanted to keep all the designer brands & return the rest
now they want to return all of them because there's bobbling & signs of wear on them ?
they have opened a dispute
to return but I have to pay return postage ?
i don't feel this is fair
the clothes are used as described
anyone had the same situation or can advice
money back guarantee works when it's genuine but people take advantage
already been left negative feedback when I was 100% for 14 years
but who cares put me off ever selling again anyway
because I wouldn't be bullied into excepting the return as yet ?
many thanks x
I fear you may get back just the non designer brands.
If they have opened a not as described dispute then you have to accept them back and you send a pre paid label for the return.
If you dont then ebay will force you too and charge the postage to you.
It is all down to how you deal with problems as to what feedback you get and your buyer was not happy with your
reply
Nothing you can do about that now except try and sort it out amicably and if you do the buyer may
consider revising the feedback
I suggest you accept the return, if you don't ebay will force you to refund and tell the buyer to keep the items
if there was bobling and obvious signs of wear you should have stated this next to the item in your listed
you described them as 'used' with no other description of the condition
