Unpaid strikes.

I brought two records from the same person, he wants £5.80 uk second class postage for each album, i messaged the seller for a combined postage invoice. I had no reply, i messaged again, no reply. I messaged 6 times with no reply to any. Eventually the sale was cancelled i got a warning for no

paying. Now all of a sudden i try to buy something ( i have 100% feedback) and it says there is a problem because i have had 2 unpaid strike in the last two months. How is this fair when i messaged the seller for a revised invoice 6 times with no reply. I was not going to pay over £11 postage when they can go in same parcel for £3.60. Now how do i get ebay to remove the strikes? Please can anybody help!

If the seller didn't offer combined postage you can't insist they do.  You can try asking eBay to remove the strikes,  by contacting eBay CS through the help and contact button on the top of the page, but don't hold your breath.
