Unpaid Item Case.

Does Ebay automatically open a case even though I haven`t reported the buyer? Now the buyer has sent me a nasty Email! (Item not sent yet).

In your settings you have the option for ebay to automatically open a case - the unpaid item assistant.  You must have the box ticked.  You can go into your settings and untick.
