Unpaid Item Case.

Does Ebay automatically open a case even though I haven`t reported the buyer? Now the buyer has sent me a nasty Email! (Item not sent yet).

if you have your unpaid item assistant set to do it then yes it will..but you'd have to have this set up initially

In your settings you have the option for ebay to automatically open a case - the unpaid item assistant.  You must have the box ticked.  You can go into your settings and untick.
