Unfair Feedback

A buyer left me unfair feedback to try and extort me in order to receive a full refund. They demanded a full refund but I gave them a partial refund as the listing was correct and the item was stated as used and photos of the used item were provided. They left me negative feedback in order to bribe for a full refund. The feedback left is false and unfair.

Nothing in feedback that ebay will remove.

Buyer should have opened ebay case for not as described, you supply returns label & refund in FULL on return.

Because you only gave part refund, buyer made feelings known in feedback.

They can still open case & you would be made to complete refund.
