I recently had to cancel a sale because the item was damaged during packaging. When asked the reason for cancellation by eBay, I gave this reason but the buyer has left negative feedback stating that I gave the reason "out of stock". While I understand his/her disappointment, I feel that the negative feedback was unjustified as I had been honest and correct in cancelling the sale of an item that was no longer in the condition I described at the time of listing. I have tried to get a feedback revision but the eBay app just states that I have no feedback that is eligible for revision. Is there anything I can do about this? Thanks.
