No......out of stock/damaged would be the reason for cancellation you used & what the buyer saw....the feedback was within eBay rules & will not be removed
did you contact the buyer first to see whether they still wanted the item even with the damage?
did you send them photos of the damage to prove you were telling the truth?
if you can convince them you are telling the truth they may agree to revise the feedback.
