Unaccounted Transaction

Hi 

Does anyone have any experience of cash going out of their Ebay account for something they havnt purchased/are not aware of? The bank advises speak to ebay which is almost impossible

Please explain, what ebay account?  Members' ebay account is only used for FEES.

If you mean bank account, does the amount match up with any recent purchases. I understand that buying from a seller who is on the Managed Payments doesnot give any useful information.
