Had record to vendor that I have a faulty door bell he asked me if I wanted refund or replacement I said replacement but had no response from him for a week
Always go for a refund and repurchase as you can only open 1 case with eBay and if the 2nd was faulty your stuck with it.
Open a case in Resolution Centre if you haven't already,if you have escalate to ebay
