I am having trouble with asking ebay to step in after I have requested a refund for an item that is not what it was supposed to be!, I have opened a case and had no contact from the seller, there are not further actions on the order history to contact ebay keeps going around and around with this. anybody had this done to them?

Did you open the case within 30 days from expected delivery and have you waited at least 8 days (or 3 working days) before trying to escalate?
