I purchased items from a seller every thing was good and now when I want to do another order it keeps coming up with this message

• This seller won't sell to buyers that do not meet their requirements. 
• I do not know why as it will not let me purchase any item from this lady
• can anyone explain why I can not get in touch with her to buy items.

They may have their own reasons for blocking you and that is their option 

You can not force a seller to sell to you 

Ebay can not force a seller to sell to you either

I would just find another seller
