Something wrong with ebays phone currently?

I am an ebay concierge member usually i can get through to someone immidiately

This morning when i need them most i was on hold for 20minutes where i figured there must be something wrong i hung up and called back, still on hold 45minutes later.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I dont think the phones are open until 8am weekdays and 9-6 

Try again at 8am

You could have put your problem here and someone may have been able to help
