Shipping/postage cost

Hi,

my friend charged £3.20 for shipping/postage for a dress. The actual cost of postage was £1.99.  Did she made a mistake to include in shipping price the packaging cost? Did she break any of Ebay rules?

sellers put a price in the listing to get the item to a buyer.

Once a buyer purchases they agree to the price - which can include costs of packing, that's why its called P&P [postage and packing].
