Service error, when trying to upload photos to a message.

I am trying to upload photos in reply to a message, regarding an item recieved not as discribed. 
Everytime i try it comes up with a "service error please try again" notification, and i have tried multiple times in the last few hours. Does anyone know if this is being fixed, or how i can contact an agent, as when i try to contact an agent it just says they aare uavailable.

I guess i could get them to veiw this topic to show them the photos, seeing as they upload here just fine.
