I am trying to upload photos in reply to a message, regarding an item recieved not as discribed. Everytime i try it comes up with a "service error please try again" notification, and i have tried multiple times in the last few hours. Does anyone know if this is being fixed, or how i can contact an agent, as when i try to contact an agent it just says they aare uavailable.
You don't have to send any Photos. Is often a delaying tactic to try and run you out of time to Open an EBay Item Not As Described Case in the Resolution Centre. You have 30 days from Delivery. Ignore the Seller and just deal with Ebay.
