Ok, if your selling account is new then the allowance may well be set to zero. Check that you have set up your selling account correctly and then use the link on your selling page to apply for an uplift in your selling allowance. Further help is available via the 'help & contact' tab - enter "selling allowance" into the topic bar and you'll be shown all the relevant help pages.
