Seller selling fake perfume

One seller had advertised fake Tom Ford perfume, smell disappeared within seconds, accepted a return and to refund money, but once he received the perfume, decided he won’t pay refund because perfume has been used, by spraying to test if it’s a genuine perfume. But how could one identify that it was genuine or fake without spraying it on skin or piece of clothes?

You should always use the formal procedures of the Money Back Guarantee !!

You open a not as described case, return the item tracked at the sellers expense & as soon as delivered to the seller you are refunded

The seller could not decline a refund & by selling a fake would risk a ban from the site

I followed the correct procedure, and he even tried to trick me after receiving the perfume and said I must close the case and reopen again because he has a problem processing the payment, but I didn’t do that, then he came up with the story of the perfume used to test it.

I did all that you have mentioned, surely I would not try to solve this case on my own, I’m going to call eBay today to report that the seller sent me a message to say he won’t pay because the perfume was used to identify if it’s genui
