Seller keep sending me messages.

Hi I wonder if anyone has any suggestions for my dillema, I bought an item which I later found out had been sent from China & no nothing to do with the whole virus situation, I honestly did not know it was from there as it was not stated in ad, I received after a while & item was unusable as broken & not even matching as I had bought two of the same. I was asked to accept 50% refund & keep items & use what I could out of them which I declined, the seller said it was damaged in transit & tried to blame the courier which not being daft would be very obvious as they posted plastic items in a plastic bag which you would normally use for sending clothing. I asked for a full refund which I have received but they keep sending me messages asking me if they could do anything & they were looking into why this had got damaged & I'm thinking are they sure what have I already told them & also would I retract my negative feedback WHAT!!! I have received 8 messages they just will not drop it I have tried to ignore them but this is now getting beyond a joke & I am feeling harrassed. HELP!!! thanks anyone.

For such a Massive country,  sellers from China must all have received the same song sheet!

It is a very common plea from sellers from China to ask you to retract a negative feedback,  offer partial refunds first,  and then bombard you with messages,  sometimes pleading poverty,  loss of a  job ,or other ' punishment.'

If you have received your refund,  and do not feel like reversing that feedback,  then message them one last time,  that you will report them for harrassment if they do not stop this messaging,  as the feedback is staying,  end of.

You have your refund ... Don't respond ... just ignore their pleas and delete the emails ... they will soon give up.
