Seller faud

I've opened cases for items not received.

The Seller stated they have proof of postage but have provided none,

The Seller also insists I close the cases because they've no money to refund until next week.

I won't close cases so they've stated that I have got the items because they've had a scam pulled on them before.

 

I now believe the Seller is commiting fraud and wish I could escalate the case earlier but the only thing I could do was to tell Seller they've made me angry with their lies and earnt Negative feedback.

Do not close the case, if you do you will not be able to reopen.  You cannot hurry the process, and have to wait a full 8 days to the second of opening for your refund.  Then escalate the case to Ebay, who will step in and refund you.
