Hi all,
I listed an iphone last night, within minutes of listing someone had purchased using buy it now. However almost instantly they messaged asking me to cancel the purchase.
I tried cancelling but kept getting a message saying that i couldn't cancel quite yet and needed to wait a few minutes (i was doing this through the ebay app).
I then contacted the buyer to see if they could cancel from their end, but they said they were unable to.
I refunded the paypal payment and they then said they had cancelled from their end. The item is still currently showing as sold and awaiting payment. I have again tried cancelling through the app but still get the same message as before. When i try cancelling through the website is says that they item has already been succesfully cancelled and 'For more information, select View cancel details'. however when i click on vire cancel details it says 'This listing has been removed, or this item is not available;. however it is still showing in my sold items.
I have relisted the phone but still have the charges for the original listing and sale. Does anyone know what i can do?
