There are report links on every listing so report

They also have been removing items that are price gouging if reported

There are many scams on ebay but buyers have to be responsible and read listings carefully

If there is a problem then they use the money back guarantee

It is ebays responsibility not ours to stop these people and items . when a
seller is listing more than twice the price of a new product it is obviouse
there buissnes is not legitimate and they are profiteering. So these
products should never have been allowed to be advertised on ebay in the
first place . With thier immoral practices they are ruining birthdays and
peoples holidays with ebays help . So its time to stand on your morals and
stop these practices

people need to take control of their own lives,

no birthday is 'ruined' just because they didn't receive the latest expensive gimick, I brought up six children to understand the value of things

Not us as we are not ebay or ebay staff just ordinary members just like yourself.

Why would anyone want to pay twice the price of an item.
That is their choice.

Ebay has the policy there so that you or any member can report price gouging
Have you reported any?. Several of us on here have and also phoned ebay to report.
Ebay took note and has removed some of them as fast as they do more appear

Ebay can not police the whole site there are millions of listings

How can they be ruining birthdays and holidays that is ridiculous no one is forcing them to buy.

It says Ebay on the site not our site it is Ebays responsibilitie to
prevent these scammers and scalpers and profiteers or bring itself into
disrepute.

Ebay does not check any items listed on the site.
They have no way of knowing what an item is worth, only buyers can decide what they are willing to pay,
we got moans from sellers saying why didn't my item, sell, usually because they are asking too much for it.
