I am not sure why many of those feedbacks were left. When something goes wrong [and you do seem to have been very unlucky] all you have to do is open a case in the resolution centre [link below]. That is the only way. It is not up to the seller to "agree" [or otherwise]. EBay always finds for buyers [it is said]
You then get a refund. You do not need to "argue" the matter with the seller. In my view if you get a refund without fuss then that deserves a positive feedback.
A seller will nearly always try and resolve a problem if given the chance. The leaving of negative feedbacks can cause defects on a sellers account which can lead to them losing their account.
Always contct a seller first before leaving feedback, that should be your last resort if the seller is not helpful.
There are many neutral / negative feedbacks here, so if you wish to change any of those to a positive, contact those sellers to send you a feedback revision to complete.
