How can I change feedback in left (seller refunded after negative feedback)

How can I stop people from viewing the items i bought in my feedback? 

The buyer bought a blouse in perfect condition ( I didn't allow returns). So to return it, she damaged it in the armpit, sent a photo saying she received it damaged !!!! It was very clever of her to damage the armpit- as of course that is not an area...
