Returning an item, using Royal Mail and tracking. The item tries to get delivered but no answer. This was three days ago so seller has had chance to collect parcel but has not as yet. What is my next course of action as refund is not given until item delivered to seller. Seller doesnot respond.
If you have a case open then simply put in the tracking number and escalate the case to a claim from 8 days after opening.
Matters not if the seller accepts the delivery or not, proof that you returned is all you need.
If no case open then open one in the Resolution Centre now and follow what it tells you.
