Returns

I sold a perfectly good leather jacket new without tags mint condition, went to a lot of trouble with communicating posting etc ,, guess what guy wants a refund saying it too small, why when it states on my status no returns does ebay say I have to refund, time and again people try it on and eBay issues refund y am I not protected from scammers

Part of the real trouble is that it is simply described as "S" [small] and you even say in the listing "too small" [for you presumably].  It really would be best to list it with all the measurements using your tape measure. 

 

I'm quite sure that it will be a disappointment but if the buyer opens a not as described acse and you deal with it then you get a fee credit and all you are out of pocket is the return post label from eBay [£3 perhaps]. 

 

I know I'm a softy but Iconsider that eBay is not all about "sell at all costs".  I consider that it is prudent for private sellers to offer "returns" [postage at their cost] so that buyers are not backed into a corner to open a NAD case
