Sorry I did not know how to reply to my replies from my last post.i think I was not as clear as I could of been, the items were all bought from high st stores however they were never bought to resell, I buy things for myself or to give as presents when I see them on offer and these items were mainly things I have bought over last year for Xmas and I did not use them or items I have bought for myself and decided later I don't need or want, I am a bit of a spender and as you can see I am new and the only reason I decided to sell on eBay was to raise some funds for my little dog sadie's vet bills as she was seriously poorly with diabetes and had gone blind so I decided to have a clear out and sell the stuff I had bought for gifts and myself which were almost all new with their labels on or they were used, I have sold a variety of used and new items on here but I am not a business and although I stil have some items to sell inc a lot of clothes which have not even sorted yet I will not be doing forever as unfortunatly my little dog passed away last Thursday after becoming terribly poorly very quickly and I still have a big vet bill to come.
i understand that their are many scammers on eBay and lots of people selling fake items however I always am able to prove that my items are genuine so I am happy to fight this , they maybe eBay rules but that does not make them right or fair and their are plenty other selling sites out there and this is where I will go in the future as I do not agree with a lot of the rules and the demands and also the way as sellers we are blackmailed into using PayPal, I would never have a business on eBay it would be far too expensive with all of the fees unless you were a very large business but would not make sense for a small business seller due to all of the fees ,demands and scam buyers.
the postage is killing me as I have to send everything signed for as I find when I send anything unsigned for they strangely never arrive and I have to refund and again lose money , I know this is all scam buyers just taking advantage and I am unwilling to keep putting up with it, I will continue to refuse refunds unless they prove it is a fake or faulty, I have stuck to my guns so far and they have retreated or lost their case but then you have the nasty feedback which is another thing you can't do anything about and to be honest it's far too stressful and too buyer biased for me ever to continue , eBay and PayPal make more money than me in the end so not worth it and I am the kind of person that does not roll over and accept things I will fight for what is right and I will not let a scammer get away with defrauding me .
in the future I will stick to gumtree to sell my unwanted goods , my personality is not in line with eBay ridiculous demands
Hi
Ridiculous or not......when we all first joined Ebay we had to agree to their terms and conditions.
We either accept them and stick to them or have to find another selling platform.
