Hi
I am a bit confused over the returns postage label. A buyer has requested a return as I listed a size incorrectly. So obviously am happy to refund once item has been returned and pay for return postage. I have never used the label service and it would seem it is mandatory when accepting a return? I don't have a printer and I don't understand the pricing they set? Could anyone shed light on this
Thanks so much in advance

You don't need a printer, the buyer prints their label out that you send them.
If you don't send them one, the buyer can escalate the dispute and get a pre-paid one from eBay. eBay will recharge you for the label.
If the buyer has to escalate the dispute to get a label, you will get a defect against your acciunt and no fee credit for your final value fees.
