Returns case proof not even looked at

I have had a buyer clearly abuse the returns system and I provided all the evidence to prove that they lied however the case has gone against me and eBay has refunded the buyer without even looking at the evidence. Where is the seller protection?? Absolutely fuming.

Ebay cases are automated, ebay never look at evidence.

You should have issued returns label through case, refund on return, then appealed.
