I have had a buyer clearly abuse the returns system and I provided all
the evidence to prove that they lied however the case has gone against
me and eBay has refunded the buyer without even looking at the evidence.
Where is the seller protection?? Ab...
When I click on "contact buyer" to let them knw I have posted, it has
started to just automatically send me to messages with no option to send
a message to that buyer. Is there a problem or glich in the system.

The buyer claimed that the jeans weren't 36" waist and not stretch
jeans. The photos provided clearly show that they are. The evidence is
