Advice please.
An ebayer returned an item so I cancelled the transaction which then did an automated PayPal refund. I got this message....
Thanks. You refunded the buyer using PayPal on 20 April 2017. We'll let you know as soon as the refund is complete.
The buyer is messaging me asking where his money is. I don't know as I thought I'd done everything I could my end.
Does the buyer need to do anything his end?
How long does it stay pending?
The buyer is getting impatient!
Addition.....yes, plenty to cover it in PayPal.
Question.....how does the buyer accept it?

If the refund came from your bank account it could have gone as an eCheque which takes up to 10 days
It is also possible that the buyer needs to accept the payment into their Paypal account
