An ebayer returned an item so I cancelled the transaction which then did an automated PayPal refund. I got this message....
Thanks. You refunded the buyer using PayPal on 20 April 2017. We'll let you know as soon as the refund is complete.
The buyer is messaging me asking where his money is. I don't know as I thought I'd done everything I could my end.
Does the buyer need to do anything his end?
How long does it stay pending?
The buyer is getting impatient!
Addition.....yes, plenty to cover it in PayPal.
Question.....how does the buyer accept it?
