I listed an item as used and clearly described it as 3/4 full but the seller assumed it was new. She wasn't happy and I said I would refund if she sent it back. She sent a return request and I clicked to purchase a label. She has now messaged to say it was her mistake and apologised and now doesn't want to any refund. How do I stop ebay now taking the postage money from my account which they have said they will do if I don't purchase a label. Do I have to ring them? Thanks for any advice.

You may be required to refund the buyer in full without return of perfume as the sale of used Perfumes and Cometics is not allowed for obvious health and hygiene reasons ... the posting and shipping of perfumes is restricted to original Factory Sealed products only so part used returns is/are not possible >

Thanks so much for your reply. It wasn't either of those items and there was an option to sell it as used in the item specifics. I think the buyer might need to close the dispute at their end. Thanks again for taking the time to reply
