Return refused

Hi,

I bought a pair of jeans size 10, my size, (in fact I often wear an 😎 but when I tried them on they were way too small so I requested a return but the seller has refused; what can I do?

sounds like you chose 'doesn't fit' as the reason

private sellers don't have to accept returns for 'doesn't fit'

just sell them yourself but make it clear in the description that they come up small
