Return Status/ Return Labels

I have returned 4 of 5 items I bought from Superdry. The return process is so frustrating I don’t think I will buy multiple items together again on eBay. I would be very gratefully if anyone could help me.

I returned 4 Superdry items and posted them together in one parcel by Royal Mail on 10 August. However, eBay’s system thinks that I have not posted 3 of them yet and keep sending me reminder. It also says the return status will be closed soon if I don’t post them soon. I have looked for a way to log all 4 items as posted and to upload the postage track number but could not do it at all. This problem occurred mainly because when I requested return, there was only one way to get the return labels - using the pre-paid Royal Mail or Hermes postage labels. As each label costs more than £3 of postage, I didn’t wan to pay 5 times of postage when I could send them all together in one parcel (all 5 items were from the same order from Superdry.) Why could I not choose my own carrier? And if I didn’t choose the Royal Mail or Hermes postage provided, my return request process got stopped half way - I could not register the tracking number nor recorded it as posted.

I only went ahead to print out the Royal Mail postage label for the whole parcel. Therefore there is only one item recorded as posted ( the track record was automatically uploaded) although all 4 items were posted together - all other 3 Return status appeals to be pending now (not posted yet) as I I didn’t go ahead and tick the postage options.

I am very worried that I won't receive refund for all 4 items because eBay’s system thinks I've only posted one back. Does anyone know what to do?

Thank you for your time and help!

4 items, 4 return cases, 4 return parcels.

Unless seller is honest enough to refund for all, you cannot force a payment as you cannot prove delivery of 4 items.

If they were seperate items then you have to have a tracking number for each one and the tracking has to go on the item and show as Delivered

If you have posted them together then it will only have one tracking number so ebay will think you only returned one item

You could have chosen your own courier if you wished but even then you needed to return them seperatly so you had tracking for each one.

You are right to be worried as you have to prove the items were returned and it shows as delivered on the tracking on ebay

You have to Post each Item seperately with it's own Tracking Number to be Refunded.
