Regarding my item

I received an email from the seller saying the item was no longer available however I have been charged for the items and then I contacted the seller and they failed to get back to me and I would like to know if I am going to receive my item and if not I would like a full refund as I am not paying for something I do not receive

You can open not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate 8 days later.
