Refusal to pay

I accepted an offer on an item I was selling, then the customer immediately requested a cancellation which I rejected. He's saying he has no funds to pay but it now won't let me cancel the item. Any ideas?

Add non payer to your Blockedbidders List and set buyer requirements to block bidders with two or more unpaid strikes.

If you had cancelled before 4 days you would not get your selling fee refunded.

You wait 4 full days while ebay send reminders to the buyer and after that either you or ebay can cancel

You get your fees back and can relist

The non payer get a non payment strike

It’s been 4 full days already and there still isn’t an option to cancel? I’m using the app, not sure if I need to log in via browser

You should try the computer as the app is not good for many things
