Is this through an EBay Returns Case? If so just Find the Link to ask Ebay to Step in.
If you haven't used the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and just Posted the Item back you can still open a Case within 30 days. Just add your Tracking Number into the Case and Escalate the Case after 4 days.
