Can anyone tell me what I can do about this, I sold an item, buyer contacted me to say item was not recieved, it was tracked and delivered to them the next day, ebay have refunded the buyer so they got the item and their money back
In addition to what tressygirl says, you also get a defect and NO refund of the selling fee.
You do not say, but tracking should be added to ebay when you mark as dispatched. In fact if you add tracking it automatically marks as dispatched.
