Refunds

Can anyone tell me what I can do about this, I sold an item, buyer contacted me to say item was not recieved, it was tracked and delivered to them the next day, ebay have refunded the buyer so they got the item and their money back

The only way for a refund to be done in this case,  is if the buyer opened a case,  and you did not reply in time.

 

You had 8 days to enter that tracking number,  if it had proved delivery,  it would have closed in your favour.

 

Not doing this,  the buyer then escalates to eBay on days 9 - 21 ,  they step in and force the refund.
