What can I do if the seller of a fake item says they will refund me IF I change the negative feedback I have given them?

Ignore it. You could even report them to eBay if you want, as sellers are not allowed to make this demand. Simply open a case under eBay's money back guarantee:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/index.html
A case must be opened within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date. If still unresolved after 8 days the option will appear to escalate it for eBay to step in. If the seller hasn't already provided a prepaid return label eBay will provide one, and charge them for it (for returns within the UK only). Don't agree to close the case before you have your refund.
