Refund only if feedback changed

What can I do if the seller of a fake item says they will refund me IF I change the negative feedback I have given them?

Oh how many times this comes up!

If something is not as described then you open a case in the resolution centre. The seller then "should" send you a label to return [but probably will not by the sound of it]. So if not then you escalate to ebay after 8 full days, they send you a label and you send it back and input the tracking.   All well and good if the seller is in UK.

The problem arises if the seller is abroad as - if you use eBay - you have to pay postage which probably makes it uneconomical.

If you open the case in Paypal then there is apparently a way that they pay the post.

Even if you did change the feedback and "left it to the seller" then I doubt you'd ever see the money.

When something goes wrong you MUST use the resolution centres.
