Refund on item

I sold an item on eBay it stated no returns now buyer said it's damaged so it's being returned the damage their saying is on the photos I placed on my advert to me it's not damaged but if it is on the photos why did they bid in the first place

It makes no difference it you say it was damaged or not

It they buyer opens a not as described dispute then you have to send a pre paid label for the return and once you have your item back then you refund in full of the original payment

You get your final value fees back and no defect on your account

No returns on your listing if for a change of mind return

If an item is not as described then we all have to accept returns
