I gave some a bad feedback in anger as the product damaged my device can I retract it as was50/50

I have mark on my sellers dashboard when it was the buyer that asked me if I would refund them if they returned item I refunded and let them keep the item why has eBay punished me for this

I sold an item on eBay it stated no returns now buyer said it's damaged so it's being returned the damage their saying is on the photos I placed on my advert to me it's not damaged but if it is on the photos why did they bid in the first place
