I bought and paid for a large collection of china in May 2020 from a seller within reasonable travelling distance from me. As we were in lockdown I asked if they would mind holding on to it for me until restrictions were lifted as I have an ongoing serious health issue, they said they were happy to do that. I have messaged them twice and they have not responded and since my purchase have changed their eBay ID. I didn't pay through PayPal but through eBay by debit card.
