Hi

How do I contact ebay to report a scam in motion, a buy is repoting a payment went through (which it hasnt) only to request a refund to an itam they never brought.

I doubt whether eBay will investigate a scam in real time. When you speak to eBay, you're only dealing with call centre staff, and they're working from home during the pandemic anyway.
